摘 要:介绍了噪声传递函数的基本理论.针对某款汽车,分析其道路试验得到的数据,发现转速为1 600 r·min-1左右时车内后排存在轰鸣声.针对该问题采用计算机辅助工程(CAE)方法进行了分析,通过在传动系统与车身连接点施加单位激励,运用Hyperworks软件中的Optistruct求解器求解后排右耳响应,并通过试验验证了仿真结果.仿真和试验结果均表明:在54 Hz左右,发动机二阶激励激起传动轴和后桥弯曲模态,产生共振,并通过车身连接点传到车身,从而激起空腔模态,导致后排产生轰鸣声.Abstract: Noise transfer function(NTF) basic theory was introduced in this paper. The acquisition data from road test was analyzed. It revealed that there existed booming at about 1 600 r· min-1 of the back seat of a car. Aimed at this problem, computer aided engineering(CAE) method was adopted by applying unit incentive to the connection point of both powertrain and body. The response from the rear of back seat was attained using the Optistruct solver of Hyperworks software. The simulation results were verified. Both the simulation and test results showed that the drive shaft and rear axle bended at about 54 Hz as a result of the 2nd order of ignition frequency. The vibration transferred through the connection point to the body and then excited the cavity mode. As a result, the booming of back seat occurred.
