摘  要:采用高通量测序技术研究了A^2/O工艺低温运行下污泥膨胀的机理及调控措施。结果表明,在21℃—19℃—12℃的降温过程中,活性污泥的SVI值显著升高、COD去除率相应降低,曝气池污泥中微生物群落结构也发生了显著改变。低温下,酸杆菌取代了不耐低温细菌的优势地位,丝状菌α变形菌纲和类丝状菌Candidate division TM7大量繁殖,微生物群落结构变化是引发该反应器发生低温污泥膨胀的根本原因。低温对A2/O反应器中活性污泥性能的影响是可逆的,在采取合适的调控措施后,污泥性能可恢复到较好的水平。The mechanisms and control measures of activated sludge bulking in an anaerobic - anoxic -oxic(A^2/O) reactor at low temperature were studied, using the water quality parameter detecting and the high throughput sequencing technology. Results showed that, in the 21 ℃ - 19 ℃ - 12 ℃ cool- ing process, the sludge volume index (SVI) value was significantly increased and the COD removal rate was decreased correspondingly, and the microbial community structure in the aeration tank was signifi cantly changed as well. The dominant position of bacteria that lack of resistance to low temperatures was replaced by Acidobacteria; meanwhile, Alphaproteobacteria and Candidate division TM7 had also propa- gated significantly. Therefore, the activated sludge bulking in this reactor was changes in the microbial community structure at low temperatures. The effect of mainly attributed to the low temperature on the activity of A^2/O reactor was reversible. The sludge could recover to a good degradation effect after some controlling measures were implemented.
