摘　　要：1病例报告 患者,女,59岁,汉族,因间断性咯血个5月余,近1周出现憋气于2016年9月9日入院。咽痒伴有刺激性咳嗽,每次咳出少许新鲜血（量2~3ml）,无声音嘶哑、发热,无咽喉部不适、吞咽及呼吸困难,近1周出现渐进性呼吸困难,活动后明显加重,且伴痰多,无发热、双下肢肿胀。Summary A 59 years old woman with chief complain of intermittent hemoptysis and shortness of breath was admitted to our hospital. Fiberoptic laryngoscope no abnormality seen; enhanced computerized tomography of the neck showed that at the second trachea ring located a round nodule with a diameter of about 23 mm, flat on the sixth cervical vertebrae, consider vascular tumors. The immunohistochemistry： an inflammatory myofibroblastic tumor.
