低温等离子射频消融早期鼻中隔软骨肉瘤2例

摘　　要：1病例报告 例1,男,24岁,因鼻塞半年余就诊于我院。患者自诉半年前无明显诱因出现左侧持续性鼻塞伴嗅觉下降,无脓涕、鼻出血等。自行用滴鼻药物及口服药物治疗（具体药物不详）后症状反复,未行系统治疗。门诊以“恶性鼻腔肿物？”于2016年1月27日收入院。既往史、家族史无特殊,一般体检未见异常。专科检查：鼻腔黏膜充血,鼻中隔左偏,双侧中鼻道内可见粉红色新生物,触之不易出血,鼻道内未见脓性分泌物。Summary Septonasal chondrosarcoma is extremely rare ,though chondrosarcoma ranks the third in bone malignant tumors. Typical symptoms can be lack duing to elusive anatomical structure of the nasal sinuses, which easily leads to misdiagnosis. Here we reported two cases of low-grade chondrosarcoma deriving from nasal septom removed by intranasal endoscope using coblation. MRI and CT scan revealed typical ring-and-arc appearance. Treat ment with septonasal chondrosarcoma varied from neoplasm staging and surgical approcaches had been reported long disease-free survival.
