扶正固本方对化疗相关性腹泻裸鼠T细胞亚群及相关促炎因子的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察扶正固本方对化疗相关性腹泻裸鼠T细胞亚群及相关促炎因子TNF-α和IFN-γ的影响。方法:采用腹腔注射伊立替康法制备CID裸鼠模型;小鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、洛哌丁胺组、扶正固本组。观察裸鼠T细胞亚群、腹泻情况及回肠组织中TNF-α和IFN-γ表达情况。结果:与模型组比较,扶正固本组T细胞亚群的CD_3^+,CD_4^+,CD_4^+/CD_8^+明显升高(P<0.01),腹泻评分明显降低(P<0.01),回肠组织中TNF-α、IFN-γ的含量均显著降低(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:扶正固本可改善CID裸鼠细胞免疫功能,并可通过下调回肠组织中促炎细胞因子TNF-α、IFN-γ的表达改善腹泻的症状。Objective ： To observe the effect of Fuzheng Guben Formula on the T cell subset of mice, diarrhea, TNF - a and IFN - γ in ileum tissue promoting in mice with chemotherapy - induced diarrhea （CID）. Method ： The model of CID mice was made using intraperitoneal injection of irinotecan. Mice were randomly divided into normal group, model group, Loperamide group and Fuzheng Guben Formula group. The T cell subset, diarrhea, TNF - α and IFN -γ in ile- um of each group were evaluated. Result： Compared with the model group, the T cell subset was increased （P 〈0. 01 ） and the diarrhea score was obviously decreased （P 〈 0. 01 ）. TNF - α and IFN - γ in ileum were significantly decreased （P 〈 0. 05, P 〈 0. 01 ） in the Fuzheng Guben Formula group. Conclusion： Fuzheng Guben Formula has the therapeutic effect on CID and increases the T cell subset. The mechanisms may be that it could decrease the expression levels of TNF -α and IFN-γ in ileum.
