益气除痞汤对酸性反流性食管炎模型大鼠血清胃动素以及胃泌素的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察益气除痞汤对酸性反流性食管炎模型大鼠血清胃动素(MTL)以及胃泌素(GAS)的影响。方法:SD大鼠60只随机分成假手术组、模型组、益气除痞汤大、小剂量组和阳性对照药多潘立酮组。采用不全幽门结扎及食管下括约肌切开术制备酸性反流性食管炎模型,造模第2天,益气除痞汤小剂量组(10 g汤性食管-1)、大剂量组(50 g·kg-1)以及多潘立酮组(4.5 mg食管炎-1)分别灌胃给予治疗,共治疗7 d。第8天,处理老鼠,观察反流性食管炎病理分级,采用酶联免疫法测定大鼠血浆中GAS与MTL的含量。结果:与假手术组比较,模型组GAS与MTL的含量显著降低(P<0.01);与模型组比较,益气除痞汤显著增加了模型大鼠血清中GAS与MTL的含量,并呈现一定剂量依赖性。结论:本研究提示,益气除痞汤显著改善大鼠酸性反流性食管炎症状,其作用机理可能与升高血清中GAS和MTL水平有关。Objective： To observe the effect of Yiqichupi Decoction （YQCP） on the expressions of serum motilin and gastrin in acid reflux esophagitis rats. Methods ： Sixty SD rats were randomly divided into five groups including sham oper- ation group, model group, low/high dose of YQCP groups, and domperidone served as the positive control drug group. The acid reflux esophagitis model was established with pyloric ligation and lower esophageal sphincter incision operation. From the 2nd day, the acid reflux esophagitis rats were treated with garage administration of low dose of YQCP （4.5 mg·kg^-l ）, high dose of YQCP （50 g·kg^-1 ） and domperidone （4.5 mg·kg^-1 ） for seven days. On the 8th day, the pa- thology information of acid reflux esophagitis was studied and serum motilin and gastrin were measured by ELISA analy- sis. Results： Compared with the sham group, gastrin and motilin in model group were significantly decreased （P 〈 0. 01 ）. The low and high dose of YQCP significantly reversed the decreased gastrin and motilin in model group （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion： This study indicates that YQCP significantly alleviated the symptoms in acid reflux esophagitis rats and the mechanisms may be related to elevation of motilin and gastrin.
