摘　　要：[目的]核算2010-2015年湖南省卫生总费用,分析"十二五"期间湖南省卫生费用的变化情况,为湖南省政府制定和调整卫生相关政策提供参考和依据。[方法]采用来源法和机构法卫生费用核算方法。[结果]2015年湖南省卫生总费用为1554.41亿元,占GDP比重为5.35%。政府卫生支出、社会卫生支出、个人现金卫生支出比重分别为32.59%、33.5%和33.91%,均优于2010年。[结论]"十二五"末,湖南省卫生总费用结构趋优。个人现金卫生支出比重仍然偏高,社会卫生支出偏低。Objective It calculate total health expenditure from 2010 to 2015 in Hunan, analyzes health expenditure changes in period of ＂ 12th Five - Year Planning＂ in Hunan province so as to provide reference and basis for formulating and adjusting health relevant polic, y by governmen- ft. Methods It used resource method and institution method of total health expenditure. Results The total health expenditure of Hunan province in 2015 was 155. 441 billion yuan, accounting for the proportion of GDP 5.35%. The proportion of government expenditure on health, social health expenditure, personal health expenditure was 32. 59% , 33.5% and 33.91% respectively, all were better than that in 2010. Conclusions At the year end of ＂12th Five - Year Planning＂, the total health expenditure structure is optimization, but personal health expenditure proportion is still high and the soeial health expenditure is low.
