摘  要:目的:研究钴铬和纯钛口腔修复材料调磨后不同抛光方法对其粗糙度及变形链球菌粘附的影响。方法:制作标准规格的两种试件,按调磨抛光程序不断增加随机分5组,测各组粗糙度值,进行体外变形链球菌细菌粘附实验并菌落计数,统计学分析。结果:相同材料不同抛光组间粗糙度及细菌粘附量有显著差异(P<0.05),相同抛光不同材料组间粗糙度及细菌粘附量有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:抛光程序的不断增加试件粗糙度值逐渐降低细菌粘附量逐渐减少;相同抛光方法纯钛较钴铬更粗糙,但粘附量无明显差异,这可能与纯钛本身特性有关。Objective:Effect of polishing of cobalt-chromium and pure titanium after grinding on the roughness and the adhesion of Streptococcus mutans. Methods:Making standard specifications of two kinds of test pieces,according to the grinding polishing process to continuously increase the randomly divided into five groups,the measured roughness value for statistical analysis,streptococcus bacteria in vitro bacterial adhesion test and colony count. Results:There was a significant difference in the same material roughness and bacterial adhesion between different polishing groups( P〈0. 05),and there were significant differences in the roughness and adhesion of the same polishing materials( P〈0. 05). Conclusion:The continuous increase of the polishing process,the value of the roughness of the test piece gradually reduced the bacterial adhesion;In the same polishing method pure titanium is more rough than cobalt chromium,but there is no significant difference in the adhesion,which may be related to the characteristics of pure titanium.
