摘 要:目的:掌握不同消解方法对测定食品样品中总锑含量的影响因素。方法:利用4种常用的消解方法湿法消解、密闭高压罐法、微波消解法、干灰化法,结合原子荧光光谱法对不同类型的食品中总锑含量的测定进行研究,通过比较不同消解方法的检测结果、试剂消耗量、所用时间和检测样品数量,得出4种消解方法的相对优劣及适用性。结果:湿法消解法耗费时间长,酸用量大,环境污染严重,但操作简单且可处理大批量样品。微波消解法时间短,用酸量小,空白值低,重复性好,结果准确,但操作烦琐,仅适宜样本量少的消解;密闭高压罐法虽可批量消解样品,但消解时间长且有危险性:干灰化法无需加酸但时间长,空白值高,可适用于挥发温度高或油脂含量高的样品。结论:对实验室在检测食品中总锑含量的前处理方法选择上有一定借鉴意义。Objective: Master influences in different digestion methods to the antimony in food. Methods: Use four common digestion methods including wet digestion,high-pressure vessel digestion,microwave digestion and dry ashing and atomic fluorescence spectrometry to determine the content of antimony in different kinds of food. Evaluate the four methods by comparing the digestion conclusion including digestion time,the reagent consumption and digestion samples numbers of different methods to obtain advantages and disadvantages among four kinds of methods. Conclusion:The wet digestion consumes much time with using a lot of acid causing high blank value and serious environmental pollution. While it is easy to operate and deals with large amount samples. The microwave digestion consumes less time and acid with low blank value and good repeatability. While it is used to deal with small amount samples due to cumbersome operation. The high-pressure vessel digestion is able to deal with large amount of samples,but it costs much time and may be dangerous. The dry ashing costs much time without using acid. And it applies to deal with high oil content or high volatilization temperature samples. Results: It has certain reference significances for choosing pretreatment method of the determination of antimony in food.
