摘 要:老年教育需求旺盛且呈现不同的特征。不同年龄和不同学历层次老年群体对教育内容和形式的需求有很大差异。当前我国既有多种类型的老年学校教育,也有依托于公共文化资源的其他类型的老年教育。整体而言,老年教育载体容量有限、发展不均衡,且相互之间衔接和协同机制尚未建立,老年教育整体供给并不能充分满足需求。随着老龄化进程加快,有必要对老年教育载体进行分层设计,推动老年教育的多样化发展。The demand for the elderly education is strong and it has different characteristics. Different ages and different educa- tional levels of the elderly group on the content and form of education needs are greatly different. At present, there are many kinds of old school education in our country, and there are other types of old age education based on the public cultural resources. Overall, the carrier capacity of the elderly education is limited, the development is not balanced, and mutual convergence and synergy mechanism has not been established. The overall supply of the elderly education can not fully meet the needs of the elderly. With the accelerated process of aging, it is necessary to carry out hierarchical design of the carrier of the elderly education and promote the diversification of the development of the elderly education.
