摘  要:目的:分析肩关节滑膜软骨瘤病应用肩关节镜微创手术治疗的临床效果。方法:选取2011年1月-2016年12月本院收治的28例肩关节滑膜软骨瘤病患者作为实验对象,根据双盲法将28例患者分成两组,每组各14例。其中实施传统切开术治疗为对照组,实施肩关节镜微创手术治疗为观察组,对比两组治疗效果。结果:治疗前,两组肩关节评分(UCLA)比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组肩关节评分(UCLA)明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组视觉模拟评分(VAS)比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组VAS评分明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组优良率85.71%,对照组优良率50.00%,观察组优良率明显高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:肩关节滑膜软骨瘤病患者应用肩关节镜微创手术治疗效果较好,可以明显改善患者的肩关节评分和视觉模拟评分,安全性较高,值得推广应用。Objective: To analyze the clinical effect of shoulder arthroplasty in the treatment of synovial chondromatosis with shoulder arthroplasty.Method: From January 2011 to December 2016, 28 patients with synovial chondromatosis were selected, they were divided into two groups according to the double-blind method,14 cases in each group.The control group was given traditional incision, observation group was given minimally invasive surgical treatment of shoulder arthroscopy.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared. Result: Before treatment, there were no significant differences in the shoulder joint score (UCLA)and VAS score of the two groups ( P〉0.05 ) .After treatment, the shoulder joint score ( UCLA ) and VAS score were significantly better than those of the control group ( P〈0.05 ) .The excellent and good rate in the observation group was 85.71% and the control group was 50.00%, the excellent and good rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group ( P〈0.05 ) .Conclusion: The curative effect of shoulder arthroplasty with synovial chondromatosis is good, it can improve the shoulder score and visual simulation score of the patients, and it is worthy to be popularized.
