狗舌草中三萜类化合物的研究

摘　　要：采用硅胶柱色谱及HPLC等分离方法对狗舌草正己烷提取物进行分离纯化,得到5个化合物.依据波谱数据分析鉴定它们的结构分别为:butyrospermol(1),白桦醇(2),羽扇豆醇(3),异巴耳三萜醇(4),24-亚甲基环阿尔廷醇(5).其中,化合物1,4为首次从狗舌草全草中分离得到.The chemical constitutes were isolated and purified by chromatography of silica gel column and HPLC from n-hexane extract of Tephroseris kirilowii, and the structures were elucidated by spectral analysis. Five compounds were isolated and identified as butyrospermol （ 1 ） , betulinic alcohol （ 2 ） , lupeol （ 3 ） , Isobauerenol （ 4 ） , 24-methylenecycoartanol （ 5 ） . The compound 1 and 4 isolated from Tephroxeris kirilowii for the first time.
