摘　　要：双音词"似乎"是由动词"似"与介词"乎"跨层凝合而成。"似乎"在先秦时期是两个词的线性邻接,魏晋南北朝时期结构有所松动,宋代成词,明清时期的"似乎"的虚词用法渐臻成熟。"似乎"的产生是在多种因素的作用下形成的,如句法变化、语义变换、"乎"的类推作用等。The double-syllable word ＂似乎＂ is formed by the verb ＂似＂ and the preposition represented a linear relationship between two words in the pre-Qin period. The structure loosened in the period of Wei, Jin and Southern and Northern dynasties. It turned into a word in Song dynasty. During the Ming and Qing dynasties, functional words usage of ＂似乎＂ gradually became mature. The emergence of ＂似乎＂ is the result of a variety of factors, such as syntactic change, semantic transformation, analogy of ＂乎＂ and so on.
