摘　　要：目的调查医护人员对恶性肿瘤患者家属的心理健康的态度。方法采用问卷的形式,调查8家医院的医护人员对恶性肿瘤患者家属心理健康的态度及对恶性肿瘤患者家属心理问题干预的了解程度和受训意愿。结果 233位医护人员完成调查。其中93.13%的医护人员同意完全肿瘤患者的家属存在心理问题,96.13%的医护人员同意肿瘤患者的家属的心理问题需要重视。44.20%的医护人员选择"家属有要求时,才对其心理问题进行关心"。40.34%的医护人员同意"对肿瘤患者的心理问题和他们家属的心理问题的处理方法差不多",83.69%的医护人员有兴趣接受肿瘤病人家属的心理问题的基础培训。年龄大小、工作年限、是否处理过家属的心理问题对部分问题的回答有影响(均P<0.05)。结论大部分医护人员认为肿瘤患者的家属存在心理问题并需要重视,但是部分医护人员不同意对其积极的处理。医护人员对肿瘤患者的心理问题干预方面的知识的不足,并迫切希望这方面知识的培训。我们应增加对医护人员有关肿瘤患者的家属心理问题知识的培训,提高其认识。Objective To investigate the attitude of doctor and nurse to the mental health of cancer patients. Methods A self-reported questionnaire was used to investigate the attitudes of doctor and nurse in 8 hospitals to mental health in family member of cancer patients and their comprehensive degree of psychological problem intervenson to tumor patients＇ family as well as their training will. Results There were 233 doctors and nurses completing the survey. 93.13 % of doctor and nurse agreed that the family members of cancer patients had psychological problems, and 96. 13% of doctors and nurses agreed to pay attention to the psychological problems. 44. 20% of doctors and nurses chosed ＂When the family members requested,we would care their psychological problems ＂. 40. 34% doctors and nurses agreed with that ＂The treatment method of psychological problems of cancer patients and their family members was same＂. 83.69% doctors and nurses were interested in receiving basic training for psychological problems of cancer patients. Age ,length of work and treatment of psychological problems of family members had influence on some questions （ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Al- though most of doctors and nurses agreed that the family members of cancer patients have psychological problems and need to pay atten- tion to it, some doctors and nurses do not agree with positive intervesion. Because lack of knowledge about the psychological problems of family members of cancer patients and urgent for the training of the knowledge, we should increase the training in this respect and im- prove their understanding of the knowledge.
