金融支持对河北省农业高新技术产业园区发展影响研究

摘　　要：当前,河北省农业高新技术产业园区发展速度快、模式多样、发展前景良好,但金融对河北省农业高新技术产业园区的支持力度不够大,存在着渠道单一、缺乏风险投资等不足。以定州市现代农业高新技术产业园区为例,提出河北省政府在金融支持农业高新技术产业园区发展方面应建立市场为导向的融资服务体系,提高金融机构业务的多元化水平,引入＂政融保＂模式等对策建议。At present,the situation of Hebei agriculture high-tech industrial park is quick development, multi-models and good development prospect. But, financial support to Hebei agriculture high-tech industrial park is insufficient, and there are problems of single channel and lack of risk investment. Taking Dingzhou modern agriculture high-tech industrial park as an example,this paper puts forward that the Hebei provincial government should set service system of financial support to agriculture high-tech industrial park in accordance with market guidance to enhance financial department multi-service level. The countermeasure of ＂ Government-finance-insurance＂ model is also proposed in the paper.
