摘　　要：目前我国肿瘤内科住院医师的规范化培训仍处于起步阶段,而培训质量的提高既要求对现有教学模式和方法作进一步改进,还应加强伦理意识和人文关怀的培养,并完善考核评估体系。因此,有必要就提高肿瘤学内科住院医师规范化培训质量的整体性策略作一些探讨,目的是制定一整套全方位高质量的培训与考核系统,以培养出更多优秀的肿瘤内科住院医师。The standardized training program for medical oncology residents is still in its starting phase. To improve the training quality, we should modify the existing teaching mode and methods, strength ethics awareness and humanistic concern, and perfect the evaluation and assessment system. Therefore ,it is necessary to explore the overall strategies for quality improvement of standardized training for medical oncology residents in order to make a complete high-quality training and assessment system and produce more excellent medical oncology residents.
