超声乳化术与小切口非超声乳化术治疗老年性白内障的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:探索超声乳化术与小切口非超声乳化术治疗老年性白内障的临床效果对比。方法:选取2013年1月~2016年1月期间我院收治的200例老年性白内障患者,将患者动态随机分为两组,两组患者各100例。对照组和观察组分别采用超声乳化术治疗和小切口非超声乳化术治疗。结果:观察组患者平均角膜散光度(0.36±0.05)°、角膜内皮细胞计数(2542.36±123.01)个/mm^2、总不良事件发生率(2.00%)明显优于对照组(P<0.05),而术后各时间段视力恢复情况不存在差异性(P>0.05)。结论:超声乳化术优点多,易被接受,但对于硬核白内障,不宜使用,而小切口非超声乳化术在硬核白内障中具有较大优势。Objective：To explore the phaco and small incision non phaco clinical effect for the treatment of senile cataract.Methods：Selected from 2013 to 2016,our hospital during the period of January 200 cases of senile cataract patients,the patients with dynamic classified as two groups at random,each have 100 cases,two groups of patients in the control group and observation group were treated by phaco and small incision non phaco treatment.Results：The observation group of patients,on average,luminosity （0.36 ＆#177; 0.05） ＆#176; of cornea,corneal endothelial cell counts （2542.36 ＆#177; 123.01） cells/mm2,the total incidence of adverse events （2.00%） was better than control group （P 〈 0.05）,and each time vision after recovery there is no difference （P 〉 0.05）.Conclusion：Phaco advantages,more easy to be accepted,but for hard nucleus cataract,unfavorable use,and small incision non phaco has greater advantages in hard nuclear cataract.
