摘 要:为探讨旱作条件下陆稻、水稻品种叶片渗透调节物质含量及抗氧化酶活性的变化规律,分别选择3个陆稻、水稻品种为试验材料,田间旱作,测定各生育时期叶片可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白、脯氨酸含量及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性。结果表明:在整个生育时期,旱作条件下水稻品种表现为可溶性蛋白、脯氨酸含量均低于陆稻品种,成熟期叶片内可溶性糖含量水稻品种高于陆稻品种,SOD、CAT活性陆稻品种均高于水稻品种;在苗期、灌浆期和成熟期,陆稻品种叶片SOD、CAT活性与脯氨酸、可溶性糖含量呈显著或极显著正相关,而水稻品种相关性不显著,陆稻通过提高叶片抗氧化酶活性,大量合成渗透调节物质,提高植株抗旱能力。In order to study the change of osmoregulatory substance content and antioxidase activity in of upland rice and rice leaves under dry land cultivation, the soluble sugar, soluble protein,proline content and the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD) and catalase(CAT) in the leaves at seeding,filling and maturity stages of three upland rice varieties and rice varieties were measured. The results showed that the contents of soluble protein and proline were lower than those of the upland rice at every growing stages. At maturity stage, the soluble sugar content of rice was higher than that of upland rice,while the activities of SOD and CAT of upland rice were higher than those of rice. The activities of SOD and CAT were significantly or extremely significantly positively correlated with the contents of proline and soluble sugar in upland rice leaves at every stages,while this correlation was not significant for rice varieties. The upland rice varieties increased drought resistance of plants by improving the antioxidant enzyme activities and synthesizing a large number of osmoregulatory substances in leaves under dry cultivation condition.
