摘　　要：医师职业精神是医学临床实践和医学科研活动中的重要构成因素,是影响医患关系的重要因素,是医学工作者职业行为绕不开的话题。该文对医师职业精神进行探索性的研究,尝试性的给出医师职业精神的定义、影响医师职业精神的若干因素,以及医师职业精神的四点原则和三个特征,最后讨论了实践医师职业精神所面临的挑战。The physician＇s professionalism is an important component in the medical clinical practice and medical scientific research, and is also the important influence factors of medical relationship, and an inevitable topic of medical staff, and the paper explores the physician＇s professionalism and tries to give the definition of physician＇s professionalism, several influence factors of physician＇s professionalism and four principles and three features of physician＇s professionalism and finally discusses the challenges of practical physician＇s professionalism.
