摘　　要：运用灰色关联分析方法研究手术室护士岗位胜任力评估问题。通过计算灰色关联系数矩阵,得到关联度。同时本文还结合实例分析,为定量研究手术室护士岗位胜任力提供了一种途径。A grey correlation analysis method was proposed to study on evaluation of post competency for theatre nurses. In this study,the correlation degree was obtained by calculating the gray correlation coefficient matrix. An example with 10 theatre nurses was also given in this paper,which provided a way to quantitatively study the competency of theatre nurse.
