摘　　要：结合教学与比赛培训实践和近年来相关沙盘模拟教学方面的文献,文章探讨了应用型高校面向新生开展ERP沙盘模拟经营实训教学中存在的问题,并以常熟理工学院2015级新生培养方案为例分析了教学和比赛中存在问题的可能原因,根据近年来的教学和参赛情况,在经营策略、规则设计、与专业课程的结合、参赛人选选拔以及参赛技能培训等方面给出教学和参赛组建团队方面的具体建议。The study is about issues in ERP sandbox simulation training for freshmen students in an application-oriented university on the basis of recent years＇ lecturing of training and mentoring practices as well as of related literature. With an example of the teaching plan for 2015 undergraduate students,the paper also explores possible reasons and offers solutions in such aspects as operational tactics, rules design, integration with other specialized courses, re-cruitment of contest candidates, and contest skills and capability training.
