摘 要:通过在正六边形蜂窝结构的节点上增加次级六边形蜂窝结构,形成一种层级蜂窝芯层结构,利用LS-DYNA有限元软件分析了层级蜂窝铝夹芯板在爆炸载荷作用下的动力响应和吸能特性,研究了载荷与芯层构型对结构变形和能量吸收的影响,并与传统蜂窝铝夹芯板进行了对比.结果表明:在所研究的范围内,当载荷较小时,传统蜂窝铝夹芯板的后面板挠度较小;当载荷较大时,多层级蜂窝铝夹芯板的后面板挠度较小,抗冲击能力较好,并且这种优势随着载荷的增加愈加明显;改变芯层层级参数对结构后面板挠度的影响较小,但对芯层比吸能有较大的影响,当层级参数为0.1时,芯层比吸能最高.Firstly, a hierarchical honeycomb structure is constructed by replacing each vertex of a regular hexago-nal network with a smaller hexagon topology. Secondly, the dynamic response and energy adsorption property of hierarchical honeycombs subjected to explosive load are analyzed by using the finite element software LS-DYNA. Then,the influences of load condition and core-layer configuration on structure deformation and energy absorption are investigated. Finally, a comparison is made between the hierarchical honeycomb sandwich structure and the traditional one. The results show that (1) under low load,the deflection of the back panel of traditional aluminum honeycomb sandwich structure is relatively small, while under high load, the constructed hierarchical honeycomb sandwich structure possesses relatively small reflection and good impact resistance, and this superiority becomes obvious as load increases; (2) hierarchy parameter slightly affects the deflection of back panels but significantly affects the specific energy absorption of the core; and (3 ) the specific energy absorption of the core reaches the maximum when the hierarchy parameter is 0.1.
