摘 要:利用响应面法研究双孢蘑菇浓缩液组培金线莲配方.在单因素实验基础上选取实验因素与水平,以组培金线莲生长5个月的平均株高、单株平均重量和单瓶产量为响应值做响应面分析.得出组培金线莲天然有机培养基的最优成分条件为:MS基本培养基倍数0.53、蘑菇预煮液浓度0.68%、蔗糖浓度2.89%,在此条件下金线莲的理论单瓶产量鲜重为34.0747g,真空冻干干重为3.93765g.实际验证产量鲜重为33.899g,真空冻干干重为3.8502g.The method of response surface methodology was used to improve the medium formula of the tissue culture of A noectochilus roxburghii. The experimental factors were selected on the basis of single factor experiment. The average plant height, the average plant weight and the yield of single bottle were measured in response to 5 months. The results showed that optimum culture medium formula of A. roxburghii as follows: The optimum culture medium comprised 0.53 time of MS medium, 0.68% LMPP and 2.89% sucrose. Under this condition, the fresh weight of the theoretical single bottle was 34.0747g, and the dry weight was 3.93765g. The actual test yield fresh weight was 33.899g, the dry weight was 3.8502g.
