摘 要:目的:探讨360度反馈评价法运用于临床N3、N4级护士教学效果的能力评价。方法:将临床N3、N4级76例护士作为被评价者,护理部在查阅文献的基础上,制订9个考核指标,通过问卷调查的方式,调查科室护士长、下级护士及N3、N4级护士自评三种方式,将2014年作为对照组、2015年作为试验组,对N3、N4级护士临床教学效果进行对比分析。结果:经χ~2检验,对照组与试验组每个人实施频次比较,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=17.52,P<0.01);下级护士评与自评比较,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=17.02,P<0.01);护士长评与自评比较,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=5.87,P<0.01)。结论:运用360度反馈评价法对N3、N4级护士教学效果行动态监控、评价,能全面、客观、合理评价N3、N4级护士工作,为深化护士岗位管理提供依据,值得临床推广应用。Objective To evaluate the ability of 360 - degree feedback evaluation in the teaching of N3 and N4 nur-ses. Method 76 nurses of N3 ,N4 grade were selected as evaluation, on the basis of literature review, nursing department formula-ted 9 assessment indicators,through the questionnaire survey,head nurse,nurse N3,N4 grade and junior nurses self-assessment in three ways,2014 as the control group,in 2015 as the experimental group,the N3,N4 class nurse clinical teaching effect c o m-parison and analysis. Results A f t e rexaminations, the control group and experimental group each people implement the frequen-cy to compare,the difference was statistically significant (^2 = 17. 52, P 〈 0. 01 ) ; The subordinate nurse with from comments compares,the difference was statistically significant (^2 = 17. 02, P 〈 0. 01 ) ; Head nurse with from comments compares, the difference was statistically significant (^2 = 5. 87〈0. 01). Conclusion Using the 360 - degree feedback evaluation method to N3 and N4 interchange line level nurse teaching effect and dynamic monitoring, evaluation,Comprehensive,objective and reasona-ble evaluation of N3 and N4 interchange level nurses work,Provide the basis for deepening the nurse post management, Worthy of clinical popularization and application.
