摘　　要：全国教育科学规划课题"新型职业农民教育培养重大问题研究"从国际视野深入比较研究了美国、德国、法国、英国、荷兰、以色列、乌克兰、日本、韩国、台湾等多个国家和地区在农业教育体系建设方面取得的进展与成效。课题组成员通过对所研究国别的农业部门、农业教育机构以及当地农户进行访问和交流,提出可以通过完善农业教育法规、加大经费投入与补贴、严格职业资格准入、加强师资队伍建设、丰富实践教学模式、培养农业后继者等措施,构建农业教育培养体系。From an international perspective, the comparative research part of National Education Scientific Planning Project ＂Research on Vital Problems of Education and Training of New-type Professional Farmers＂ is about a comparative study on the development and achievements of agricultural education systems in America, Germany, France, Britain, Netherlands, Israel, Ukraine, Japan, Korea, Taiwan and other countries and regions. The research group members visited and communicated with the investigated Agricultural Department, Agricultural Educational Institutions and local farmers. Based on that, they put forward to improve agricultural educational laws and regulations, enlarge investment and subsidies, tighten vocational qualification assess, strengthen construction of faculty team, enrich practical teaching mode and develop agricultural successors, so as to finally establish an agricultural education and training system.
