摘　　要：胰腺癌是恶性程度极高的消化道肿瘤，其疗效和预后堪忧。一年一度的美国临床肿瘤学会（ASCO）年会是肿瘤研究领域的盛会，最前沿的研究成果精彩纷呈。笔者摘选2017年ASCO年会中胰腺癌基因诊断、化疗、免疫治疗、靶向治疗、新辅助治疗等方面的最新研究成果和进展作一整理和解析，以期为胰腺癌诊断与治疗方案的优化提供新思路。Pancreatic cancer is one of the most aggressive malignant tumors with dismal prognosis. The 2017 annual meeting of the American Society of Clinical Oncology （ASCO） brings together thousands of oncology professionals from around the world to discuss state-of-the-art treatment modalities, new therapies, and ongoing controversies in the field. In this paper, authors selected and reviewed pancreatic cancer research from 2017 annual meeting of the ASCO, especially the latest research progress in genetic diagnosis, chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy and neoadjuvant treatments.
