摘　　要：针对平板显示产业最新动态和关键技术的专利申请状况及特点,通过分析平板显示产业新技术的专利布局和专利发展竞争策略,对国内平板显示产业知识产权发展提出了有效的措施,并形成以下几点建议:一是注重以法律保障创新,构筑促进专利工作的法治环境;二是实施激励专利工作的配套政策;三是注重产学研协同创新,发挥企业在创新驱动中的主动性;四是抓住机遇,加强合作提高自身实力;五是分析竞争对手,提前布局;六是积极进行专利许可、转让、并购,降低侵权诉讼风险。According to the status of patent applications and characteristics of flat panel display industry and the latest developments in key technologies, this paper analyzes the new flat panel display technology industry patent layout and patent development strategy of domestic flat-panel display industry intellectual property development ands put forward effective measures, and the formation of the following suggestions are： firstly, paying attention to the legal protection of innovation, promoting the construction of patent the work of the legal environment;secondly, the implementation of incentive policies of patent work; thirdly, focusing on the collaborative innovation, initiative enterprises in driving innovation; forthly, seizing the opportunity to strengthen cooperation to improve their own strength, then its competition, ahead of the layout; at last, actively carrying out patent licensing, transfer, mergem and acquisitions, and reducing infringement litigation risk.
