简论姚椿与书院教育

摘　　要：姚椿是桐城派大家姚鼐的主要弟子之一,他的一生主要从事书院教育事业,先后主讲夷山书院、荆南书院、景贤书院达半生之久。通过梳理姚椿主讲书院的概况、对书院教育的认识,探究其人生轨迹,指出姚椿对桐城派文学理论的传播和对清代地方人才的培养都做出了不可磨灭的贡献。Yao Chun was one of the main disciples of Yao Nai, who was mainly engaged in the teaching in such academies as Yishan Academy, Jingnan Academy and Jingxian Academy for a long time. By combing Yao Chun＇ s teaching in these academies and his understanding of academy education, and exploring his life experiences, it can be found that Yao Chun contributed a lot to Tongcheng School and the cultivation of local talents in Qing Dynasty.
