摘　　要：贵州省水城县南开苗族彝族乡小花苗聚居村寨保存着相对完整的传统婚姻习惯法。婚前恋爱自由浪漫而无越礼之处,背酒提亲需关注各种禁忌,婚礼"吃羊毛鸡""绕火塘"等仪式热烈而严肃,即使协议离异中也贯穿着亲情。小花苗婚姻习惯法是富有地方民族特色的文化遗产,目前继承现况堪忧,但富有文化产业创业前景,应得到重视。In the Shuicheng County of Guizhou Province, the Small Flower Miao Nationality village has relatively complete traditional marriage law. Premarital love is free and romantic but without braking etiquettes; proposal of marriage needs to avoid some kinds of wedding taboos; wedding ceremonies such as ＂eating woolen chicken ＂, ＂walking around the fireplace＂ are warm and serious; even divorce is with affectionate agreement. The Small Flower Miao Nationality customary law of marriage is cultural heritage full of local ethnic characteristics, the current inheriting status is worrisome, but with good cultural business prospects, which should be paid enough attention to.
