羟基脲联合小剂量维生素C治疗中间型β-地中海贫血的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨羟基脲联合小剂量维生素C治疗中间型β-地中海贫血的临床疗效。方法选取我院2015年1月至2016年2月收治的26例中间型β-地中海贫血患者,随机分为观察组(16例)和对照组(10例)。观察组采用羟基脲联合小剂量维生素C治疗,对照组仅给予输血加去铁支持治疗。比较两组患者治疗3个月及6个月后的临床疗效。结果治疗6个月后,观察组的外周血红蛋白水平明显上升,网织红细胞百分比降低,与治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗6个月后,对照组的外周血红蛋白水平和网织红细胞百分与治疗前比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而血清铁蛋白水平较治疗前明显升高(P<0.05)。治疗6个月后,观察组的好转率为87.50%,显著高于对照组的50.00%(P<0.05)。在治疗过程中两组患者均无严重不良反应。结论羟基脲联合小剂量维生素C治疗中间型β-地中海贫血,疗效显著,患者无明显不良反应。Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of hydroxyurea combined with low-dose vitamin C in the treatment of intermediate β-thalassemia. Methods 26 cases of patients with intermediate β-thalassemia admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to February 2016 were selected and randomly divided into observation group （16 cases） and control group （10 cases）. The observation group was treated with hydroxyurea combined with low-dose vitamin C, while the control group only received blood transfusion combined with iron removal. The clinical curative effect after 3 and 6 months of treatment was compared between two groups. Results After 6-month treatment, the peripheral hemoglobin level of observation group increased significantly, the reticulocyte percentage decreased, and had statistical differences with those before treatment （P 〈0.05）. After 6-month treatment, the hemoglobin level and reticulocyte percentage of control group had no statistical difference with those before treatment （P 〉0.05）, but serum ferritin level was significantly higher than that before treatment （P 〈0.05）. After 6-month treatment, the improvement rate of observation group was 87.50%, significantly higher than 50.00% of control group （P 〈0.05）. No severe adverse reaction was found in both groups during treatment. Conclusions Hydroxyurea combined with low-dose vitamin C in the treatment of intermediate β-thalassemia has significant effect, without obvious adverse reactions.
