摘　　要：目的探讨保存与新鲜羊膜移植片在眼表重建患者中的治疗效果差异。方法选取我院2010年2月至2016年6月行羊膜移植的眼表重建患者42例(54眼),根据患者采用的羊膜种类分为A组(保存羊膜,20例,26眼)和B组(新鲜羊膜,22例,28眼)。比较两组患者治疗后的羊膜成活率、疗效及视力恢复情况。结果两组患者的羊膜成活率、总有效率和视力恢复优良率比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论保存与新鲜羊膜移植片治疗眼表重建患者均有显著的临床疗效,在羊膜成活、总有效率及视力恢复方面无显著差异。Objective To explore the difference of treatment effect between preservative and fresh amniotic grafts in patients with ocular surface reconstruction. Methods 42 cases （54 eyes） of patients with ocular surface reconstruction in our hospital lYom February 2010 to June 2016 were selected and divided into group A （preservative amnions, 20 cases, 26 eyes） and group B （fresh amnions, 22 cases, 28 eyes） according to the amnion types of patients. The amniotic survival rate, curative effect and vision recovery were compared between two groups. Results No statistical difference was found in amniotic survival rate, total effective rate and excellent and good rate of vision recovery between two groups （all P〉0.05）. Conclusions Both preservative and flesh amniotic grafts in the treatment of patients with ocular surface reconstruction have significant clinical curative effect, and have no significant difference in the amniotic survival, total effective rate and vison recovery.
