摘  要:目的:研究肠复方对裸鼠肠癌原位移植瘤的抑制作用。方法:采用瘤块接种法建立裸鼠大肠癌原位移植瘤模型。将造模成功的100只裸鼠按随机数字表法分入模型组(A组)、肠复方低剂量组(B组)、肠复方中剂量组(C组)、肠复方高剂量组(D组)和氟尿嘧啶(5-Fu)组(E组),每组20只,各组内随机分为两组(A1、A2、B1、B2、C1、C2、D1、D2、E1、E2组)。模拟临床给药,分别干预4周。干预过程中记录裸鼠体重变化并观察裸鼠生长状态。A1、B1、C1、D1、E1组干预结束后处死裸鼠,采集标本,记录瘤质量,计算抑瘤率和肝转移率。A2、B2、C2、D2、E2组继续饲养,记录荷瘤裸鼠生存时间。结果:肠复方各剂量组裸鼠生长状态明显优于模型组和5-FU组;肠复方各剂量组和5-FU组裸鼠体质量优于模型组,有统计学差异(P<0.01,P<0.05);肠复方各剂量组和5-FU组瘤质重低于模型组,差异有统计学差异(P<0.01,P<0.05);肠复方各剂量组小鼠平均生存时间明显高于模型组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05);肠复方高、中剂量组及5-FU组肝转移抑瘤率明显高于模型组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药肠复方可以稳定患瘤裸鼠体质量、改善生长状态、降低瘤质量,同时中药肠复方能够延长患瘤裸鼠生存时间,降低肝转移率。Objective:To study the effect of Intestines Compound Decoction inhibit the nude mice colorectal transplantation tumor. Methods:Adopting tumor inoculation to establish a colorectal cancer nude mouse orthotopic transplantation tumor,100 nude mice which model was successful built,according to random number table method points into the model group(group A),Intestines Compound Decoction low dose group(group B),Intestines Compound Decoction middle dose group(group C),Intestines Compound Decoction high dose group(group D)and fluorouracil(5-Fu)group(group E),each group possess 20 nude mice,within each group were randomly divided into two groups(A1,A2,B1,B2,C1,C2,D1,D2,E1 and E2). Four weeks' drug administration. In the meantime record the mice's weight and the active state.A1,B1,C1,D1,E1 group mice were euthanized at the end of the intervention,the samples were remove and recorded quality of tumor,calculate the inhibitory rate and liver metastasis rate. A2,B2,C2 and D2,E2 continue to raisin g,recorded a tumor-burdened nude mice survival time. Results:Intestines Compound Decoction each dose group nude mice growth state were obviously better than the model group and 5-FU group;Intestines Compound Decoction each dose group and 5-FU group nude mice body quality were better than the model group,statistically significant(P〈0.01,P〈0.05);Intestines Compound Decoction each dose group and 5-FU tumor mass weight was lower than the model group,statistically significant(P〈0.01,P〈0.05);The average survival time of mice intestine compound each dose group was obviously higher than that of model group,with statistical significance(P〈0.01,P〈0.05);in the liver metastasis inhibitory rate. Intestines Compound Decoction of high,middle dose group and 5-FU group were obviously higher than that of model group,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion:Intestines Compound Decoction can be stable from the nude mice body quality,improve the quality of growth
