论先秦两汉时期对痹证病因病机的认识

摘　　要：痹证是中医最常见的病证之一,其临床表现主要包括肌肉、关节、筋骨或疼痛酸楚,或麻木重着,或有灼热感,或屈伸不利,严重的患者伴有关节肿大变形。痹证属现代医学的风湿病范畴,风湿病虽然属于慢性内科疾病,但其危害性极高。早在先秦两汉时期就有了对痹证的记载,并且当时医家对痹证的认识已形成雏形,为后世医家更深入认识此病打下坚实的基础。文章主要对先秦两汉时期的重要中医医籍包括(《黄帝内经》《伤寒论》《金匮要略》《中藏经》)进行了探讨分析,简要归纳出本时期对痹证病因病机的认识。Bi syndrome is one of the most common diseases of TCM,its clinical manifestations include soreness,heaviness,numbness,hotness of the muscles joints and bones,as well as hardness of moving,even joint swelling or deformation. In the category of modern medicine,rheumatism belongs to chronic medical disease. But its harmfulness is extremely high. In the Qin and Han Dynasties,there already had recorded for treatments of traditional Chinese medicine,and the rudiment of the understanding about Bi syndrome had formed,and built a solid foundation for physicians to more in-depth understanding of the disease. The main Chinese literatures from the Qin and Han Dynasties of TCM are discussed in this paper,briefly summarized the understanding about etiology and pathogenesis of the disease in this period.
