摘　　要：功能性消化不良是临床上一种常见的功能性胃肠紊乱疾病,发病机制尚不完全明确,目前国内外大多数研究认为胃肠动力紊乱、胃酸分泌异常、幽门螺杆菌感染、胃肠激素、精神心理因素等与功能性消化不良密切相关。随着生物-心理-社会医学模式的出现,使脑-肠互动机制在功能性消化不良发病过程中的作用日益受到关注,这不仅有利于揭示脑-肠互动机制在功能性消化不良发病中的作用,还为治疗功能性消化不良在临床上提供了理论依据和诊断依据。Functional dyspepsia is a common functional gastrointestinal disorder,the pathogenesis is not completely clear.at present,most studies agree that gastrointestinal disorders,gastric acid secretion,and Helicobacter pylori infection,gastrointestinal hormones,spiritual and psychological factors closely associated with FD. With the emergence of bio psycho social medical model,the pathogenesis of the braingut interaction mechanisms plays an important roles in FD. It not only helps reveal brain-gut interaction mechanisms in the pathogenesis of FD,and provides a theoretical basis for treatment of FD in clinical diagnosis.
