痰湿体质实质探究

摘　　要：通过查阅相关古今文献结合自身临证经验,就痰湿体质的特征、痰湿体质的成因进行梳理,对痰湿体质的实质进行了探讨、分析与总结。文章认为痰湿体质者具有相对独特的外在特征,痰湿体质的形成主要与遗传因素、饮食不节、劳逸失度、七情失调、生活环境、年龄因素等有关,痰湿体质的实质就是痰湿通过影响心肝脾肺肾五脏系统,造成五脏系统在各自的脏腑、阴阳、气血以及所主的经络、形体官窍等方面形成特异性的改变,从而导致痰湿体质外在特征逐渐出现的过程。By reviewing of related professional literature both ancient and modern ones,the article has carded the features of the phlegmatic hygrosis constitution and its forming reasons,and explored,analyzed and concluded the essence of phlegmatic hygrosis constitution. The article thinks that phlegmatic hygrosis constitution has relatively special outside features,and the main forming reasons of this constitution are as follows：genetic factors,diet not festival,maladjustment,incoordination of seven emotions,living environment,age factor,et al. The essence of phlegmatic hygrosis is the process of that the phlegmatic hygrosis affects the five internal organs,reduce the specific changes of their organs,Yinyang,Qi and blood and their meridians,body and orfices and then make the phlegmatic hygrosis constitution gradually formed.
