摘　　要：目的深入探讨Burkitt淋巴瘤患者瘤组织中Mda-7/IL-24与C-myb的表达水平、相关性及其临床意义。方法收集65例Burkitt淋巴瘤患者的瘤组织及33例正常淋巴结组织;通过免疫组化及Western blot技术检测各组织中Mda-7/IL-24与C-myb蛋白的表达水平,并对Mda-7/IL-24与C-myb表达水平进行相关性分析;收集患者临床资料,分析瘤组织Mda-7/IL-24及C-myb蛋白表达水平与患者年龄、性别、临床分期、是否骨髓浸润、Ecog评分及IPI指数之间的关系;分析瘤组织Mda-7/IL-24及C-myb蛋白表达水平与患者生存期之间的关系,并制作生存曲线。结果与正常淋巴结组织相比,Burkitt淋巴瘤组织中Mda-7/IL-24的表达水平明显降低,而C-myb的表达水平则明显增高;65例Burkitt淋巴瘤患者瘤组织中Mda-7/IL-24与C-myb蛋白表达水平呈明显的负相关(r=-0.474 9);瘤组织低表达Mda-7/IL-24、高表达C-myb的患者其临床分期晚、易骨髓转移、瘤细胞增殖活性强、IPI积分较高,同时患者生存期较短(P<0.05)。结论 Burkitt淋巴瘤组织中Mda-7/IL-24与C-myb的表达水平呈明显负相关,低表达Mda-7/IL-24或高表达C-myb是Burkitt淋巴瘤患者临床预后较差的指标。This study is aimed to investigate the expression of Mda-7/IL-24 and C-myb expression in the human Burkitt lymphoma tissues and their relationship and clinical significance. The expression of Mda-7/IL-24 and C-myb in 65 cases of Burkitt lymphoma and 33 cases of normal lymphonodus tissues were assayed by immunohistochemistry and Western blotting. The relationship of Mda-7/IL-24 and C-myb expression with age, sex,clinical stage, bone marrow infiltration, Ecog scores, IPI index and survival were analyzed, and survival curve was made. Data showed that the expression of Mda-7/IL-24 was higher, whereas the the expression of C-myb was lower,as compared with normal lymphonodus tissues. The expression of Mda-7/IL-24 was neglatively correlated with C-myb（r=-0.474 9）. Low expression of Mda-7/IL-24 or high expression of C-myb was positively correlated with Ki67 scores, malignant grade, bone morrow metastases, IPI scores and shorter survival period. In summary, there is a negative correlation between Mda-7/IL-24 and C-myb expression in Burkitt lymphoma tissues. The low expressionof Mda-7/IL-24 and high expression of C-myb couldbe predictors for worse clinical condition and prognosisof Burkitt lymphoma.
