摘 要:以强力旋压主要工艺参数(减薄率、进给比、首旋轮减薄量)为试验变量,以抗拉强度和伸长率为评价指标,采用单因素试验得到各工艺参数对旋压后筒形件力学性能的影响规律。结果表明:随着减薄率的增大,抗拉强度增大,伸长率减小;随着进给比的增大,抗拉强度先增大后减小,伸长率先减小后增大;随着首旋轮减薄量的增大,抗拉强度先减小后增大,伸长率先增大后减小。Taking the main technological parameters (thinning ratio, feeding ratio, reduction in the first spinning wheel) of power spinning as experimental variables, and taking tensile strength and elongation as the evaluation indexes, the influences of the technological parameters on the mechanical properties of the cylindrical parts after spinning were obtained by single factor test. The results show that:with the increase of the thinning ratio, the tensile strength increases and the elongation decrease; with the increase of feeding ratio, the tensile strength firstly increases and then decreases, and the elongation decreases firstly and then increases; with the increase of reduction in the first spinning wheel, the tensile strength decreases firstly and then increases and the elongation increases firstly and then decreases.
