左氧氟沙星滴眼液治疗重症细菌性角膜炎和结膜炎的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察与分析左氧氟沙星滴眼液治疗重症细菌性角膜炎和结膜炎的临床疗效。方法选取2015年4月~2016年8月在我院就诊的60例重症细菌性角膜炎和结膜炎患者,采用双色球分组法分为对照组和研究组。对照组患者采用诺氟沙星滴眼液治疗,研究组患者采用左氧氟沙星滴眼液治疗。对比两组患者临床治疗效果,并在治疗前后分别对两组患者各体征进行评分比较。结果研究组患者临床治疗总有效率较高,与对照组患者相比,差异显著(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者分泌物增多、结膜充血、角膜溃疡、角膜水肿、角膜浸润以及眼部组织坏死等各体征评分比较无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗后两组患者以上各体征评分均比治疗前低(P<0.05),且研究组患者以上各体征评分显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论左氧氟沙星滴眼液治疗重症细菌性角膜炎和结膜炎临床效果较好,可有效改善患者临床症状,值得在临床中推广与应用。Objective To observe and analyze the clinical efficacy of Ofloxacin Eye Drops in the treatment of severe bacterial keratitis and conjunctivitis. Methods From April 2015 to August 2016 in our hospital 60 cases of severe bacterial conjunctivitis and keratitis patients with Shuangseqiu were divided into control group and study group.The control group was treated with Norfloxacin eye Drops treatment,the study group was treated with left Ofloxacin Eye Drops treatment.Comparison of the clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients,and before and after treatment were compared between the two groups of patients with various signs score. Results The clinical treatment of patients in the study group the total efficiency is higher, compared with the control group,the difference was significant（P〈0.05）;two groups of patients before treatment increased secretions,conjunctival congestion, corneal ulcer, corneal edema,corneal infiltration and tissue necrosis and other ocular signs score had no significant difference（P〉 0.05）,above each of the two groups of patients after treatment the signs scores were lower than that of pre-treatment（P〈0.05）,and the patients in the study group the above symptoms score was significantly better than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of Ofloxacin Eye Drops in the treatment of severe bacterial keratitis and conjunctivitis is good, it can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients, it is worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
