摘 要:目的研究康复治疗专业的学生在实习阶段接受更加规范化、系统化的临床教育,培养学生的临床实践操作能力,及良好高尚的医德和职业素养的方法。方法选择康复专业先后两届的临床实习87名作为研究对象,分成实验组和对照组,两组均安排10个月实习,对照组采用常规的带教方法,试验组在师资建设、临床教学模式及出科考核等几个方面强化管理,通过用人单位问卷、带教老师问卷及学生自评问卷调查,两组数据进行统计分析。结果试验组在带教老师问卷及学生自评问卷中得分显著高于对照组,P<0.05。结论康复治疗专业的学生在临床实习阶段进行规范化管理具有一定的必要性和可行性。Objective To study the methods of more standardized and systematic clinical education for students of rehabilitation therapy specialty during internship, in order to train students' ability of clinical practice and good medical ethics and professional ethics. Methods 87 clinical interns with two rehabilitation courses were selected as the subjects and divided into experimental group and control group, two groups were arranged for 10 months internship, the control group received conventional teaching methods, in the experimental group, the management of construction of teachers, clinical teaching mode and examination were strengthened, through the employer questionnaire, the teaching teacher questionnaire and the student self-assessment questionnaire, two groups of data were statistically analyzed. Results The scors of the questionnaire and the self-assessment questionnaire in experimental group were significantly higher than the control group, P〈0.05. Conelusion It is necessary and feasible for the students of rehabilitation specialty to carry out standardized management in the clinical practice stage.
