天佛参治疗气阴两虚型晚期非小细胞肺癌疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨天佛参口服液联合化疗治疗气阴两虚型晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效。方法:选择临床确诊的36例气阴两虚型晚期非小细胞肺癌患者,随机分为2组,对照组化疗选用传统疗法,观察组在对照组基础上联合天佛参口服液进行治疗,观察临床疗效。结果:观察组有效率55.56%,对照组有效率为50.00%,两组有效率相对比,P<0.05;观察组患者在咳嗽、咳痰、乏力、盗汗方面得到显著改善,且精神状况良好,食欲增加,其中医症候评分下降率55.56%与对照组38.89%比较差异明显,P<0.05;观察组患者在生理状况、社交、情感方面得到了显著改善,体重增加,情绪乐观,其生存质量评分下降率66.67%与对照组50.00%比较差异明显,P<0.05;观察组不良反应率为27.78%,对照组不良反应率为50.00%,P<0.05。结论:给予气阴两虚型晚期非小细胞肺癌天佛参口服液联合常规化疗的方法进行治疗,效果明显,能够提高有效率、降低化疗副反应、改善患者生活质量。Objective：To observe the clinical effect on qi yin deficiency type of advanced non-small cell lung cancer treated with Tianfoshen oral liquid combined with chemotherapy.Methods：All 36 cases of qi yin deficiency type of advanced non-small cell lung cancer were randomly assigned to two groups.The control group was treated with traditional therapy,the observation group with Tianfoshen oral liquid on the basis of chemotherapy.Results：In observation group total efficiency was 55.56%,the control group was 50%,there was a significant difference（P〈0.05）.In observation group,cough,expectoration,fatigue and night sweats were improved,and in good spirits,increased appetite,the symptom score decreased at the rate of 55.56% compared with the control group 38.89%,there was a significant difference（P〈0.05）.In the observation group physiological status,social,emotional were significantly improved in,and weight gain,optimistic mood,quality of life score decreased rate of 66.67% compared with the control group 50%,there was a significant difference（P〈0.05）.Adverse reaction rate of the observation group was 27.78%,the control group was 50%,there was a significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Compared to traditional chemotherapy,Tianfoshen oral liquid combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of qi yin deficiency type of advanced non-small cell lung cancer（NSCLC） has better control rate and mild adverse reactions.
