摘  要:胃肠胰神经内分泌肿瘤(gastroenteropancreatic neuroendocrine neoplasms,GEP-NENs)是最常见的神经内分泌肿瘤,其起病隐匿,常因出现压迫症状和/或所分泌激素引起的相关症状时方被发现。因此,大多数确诊时已经出现局部扩散和/或远处转移,失去了可能根治的手术机会。GEP-NENs常能高表达生长抑素受体(SSTR2),从而为肽受体放射性核素治疗(peptide receptor radionuclide therapy,PRRT)提供了靶点。本文通过查阅近五年来关于PRRT治疗GEP-NENs的国内外文献,综述了PRRT在GEP-NENs治疗中的临床应用经验,以期为PRRT在GEP-NENs治疗中的合理应用提供指导。Gastroenteropancreatic neuroendocrine neoplasms(GEP-NENs)are the most common in neuroendocrine neoplasms.Their incidences are increasing gradually,so it is difficult to diagnose these diseases at the onset.Only when the tumors oppressed the surrounding tissue and/or secreted hormones and produced corresponding symptoms.Thus when they are definitely diagnosed,most of them have been locally diffused and/or distantly metastasized and lost the chance of operation which may cure them.However,GEP-NENs can usually overexpress somatostatin receptors.Therefore,radionuclide labeled somatostatin analogues can target these tumors and kill the tumor cells through binding to the somatostatin receptors on the surface of tumor cells.The present article makes a review about the clinical applications of peptide receptor radionuclide therapy(PRRT)in the treatment of GEP-NENs,informed by literatures published at home or abroad in the past five years.The most majority of these literatures are clinical trials,which have revealed the potential value of PRRT in the treatment of GEP-NENs and may provide guidance on the rational use of PRRT in the therapy of GEP-NENs.
