航海类高校半军事管理模式下的学风建设探讨

摘　　要：近年来,随着智能移动端技术的普及、学生个性化的性格特点,高校大学生学风普遍下滑,学风建设成为高校工作中的重点难点。而在半军事管理模式下的航海类专业学生,因其专业特殊性,学风建设工作不同于其他专业。文章对广州航海学院航海类专业学生进行了调研,分析了半军事管理和学风现状,并提出了建议与措施,为航海类专业学风建设工作提供参考。With the popularity of intelligent mobile terminal technology and the characteristics of students＇ personality, the college students＇ learning spirit has generally declined in recent years. And learning spirit construction has become the focus of college work. The students majoring in maritime who are in the semi-militarized management mode, are different from other majors because of their specialty. In this paper, the author makes a survey on the students majoring in maritime in Guangzhou Maritime University, analyzes the present situation of the semi -militarized management and the learning spirit, and puts forward some suggestions and measures, which can provide reference for the construction of the learning spirit of maritime majors.
