高等院校“双创”人才培养体系的探索

摘　　要：在"大众创业,万众创新"的时代背景下,高等院校作为国家人才培养重要基地,在创新创业教育方面进行了全面探索,并取得丰富的成果,但仍存在一些问题。文章通过分析国内高等院校在"双创"人才培养的现状,结合高等院校中坤谦科技创新团队在:"双创"人才培养上进行的实践与探索,以项目为载体,科技竞赛为引领,创业竞赛为目标;根据行业及学生需求搭建"双创"平台,并全面开展校际交流与合作;丰富了"双创"人才培养体系。Under the historical background of ＂mass entrepreneurship and innovation＂, colleges and universities, as important bases for the training of national talents, have carried out comprehensive exploration and achieved abundant results in innovative en-trepreneurship education, but there are still some problems. Through the analysis of the status quo of the ＂double creation＂ talent cul-tivation in the domestic institutions of higher learning, this paper combines the practice and exploration of the ＂double creation＂ per-sonnel training of ＂Kunqian Science and Technology Innovation Team＂ in institution of higher learning, takes the project as the carri-er, science and technology competition for the lead, entrepreneurial competition as the goal. According to industry and student needs to build a ＂Double Creation＂ platform and carry out inter-school exchanges and cooperation, enriching the ＂Double Creation＂ training system.
