摘　　要：18岁的大学一年级学生从小就怀疑人类,喜欢与狗相处。尽管学习成绩很好但总是因为难以与同学相处和不快乐而转学。曾被诊断为抑郁障碍和双相障碍并服用多种精神活性药物但治疗无效。她的不稳定情绪和易怒曾导致多次自残行为和自杀意念。父母和老师不得不让她休学治疗。目前被诊断为边缘性人格障碍并给予精神活性药物治疗和心理咨询,如辩证行为治疗。An 18 - year - old college freshman has doubt about human beings,love being company with dogs. Although proficient academically, she transferred high schools because she was unhappy when getting along with other students. She was diagnosed with depression and bipolar disorder and treated with anti - psychotic medication and antidepressants, but the symptoms were persisted. Her unsteady emotions and irritability have led to multiple self - mutilation and suicidal ideals. Parents and teachers had to let leave school for treatment. Currently, she was diagnosed with borderline personality disorder and treated with psychotropic medication and psychological treatment, such as dialectical behavioral therapy.
