含腐蚀缺陷长输管道极限载荷的数值分析

摘　　要：对由于腐蚀造成外部缺陷长输管道的极限载荷进行分析时,应考虑材料和尺寸的非线性。采用有限元分析软件的计算,得到管线极限载荷随尺寸的变化曲线,并把DNV-RP-F101和SY/T 6151的计算结果进行比较,证明采用有限元非线性可计算含体积缺陷压力管道极限载荷的可行性。Limit load of external defect long-distance pipeline caused by corrosion was analyzed in this paper,with the nonlinear consideration of material and size. Pipeline limit load changes with the size of the curve and is obtained by calculation of the finite element analysis software. DNV RP-F101 and SY/T 6151 calculation results are compared,which proves the feasibility of calculating pressure pipeline limit load containing defect size by using the finite element nonlinear.
