摘 要:目的:建立纳米金修饰玻碳电极(AuNPs/GC)测定痕量邻苯二酚的新型检测方法。方法:采用循环伏安法研究了邻苯二酚在该电极上的电化学行为。考察了支持电解质的pH、沉积电位对邻苯二酚响应值的影响。结果:AuNPs/GC电极对邻苯二酚有很强的电催化作用。在优化的实验条件下,邻苯二酚的氧化峰电流在1.0×10-6~1.0×10-4 mol/L浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.9997,检出限为3.0×10-8 mol/L。相对标准偏差为2.7%(5.0×10-5 mol/L邻苯二酚,n=10)。结论:该修饰电极制备简便,具有良好的稳定性,将其用于环境水样中邻苯二酚含量检测结果满意。Ob je c t iv e T o develop a novel way of th e d e te rmin a t io n of tra c e catechol using n an ome te r gold modified glas sy carbon electrode. Methods: T h e elec tro ch emica l b ehavior of catechol on th e modified elec tro d e was s tu d ied by cyclic vol tammetry. The ef fects of pH and deposition vol tage on the response value of catechol were investigated. Results: T h e AuNPs/GC electrode has a good catalytical abil ity for catechol. In the opt imal exper imental condi t ions, the oxidation peak cur rent and concentrat ion of catechol show a good linear relationship in the range of 1. 0 X 10-6 ? 1. 0 X 10-4 m o l /L , th e cor relat ion coefficient is 0? 9997,and the detect ion limit is 3. 0X10-8 mol /L. RSD’s (w= 10) found at the concentrat ion level of 5. OX 10-5 mol/L was 2. 7%, C o n c lu s io n : T h e s ta b i l i ty s tu d y showed a s a t is fa c to ry d e te c t io n re su l t by th is e lec tro d e which can be prepared easily. Besides, the proposed method was successful ly applied to the determinat ion of catechol in water samples with sat isfactory resul ts.
