摘　　要：丁苯酞具有很强的抗惊厥、抗气喘、增加血流量等多种药理活性,是我国第三个自主研发的一类新药,全球第一个以"缺血性脑卒中治疗"为主要适应症的全新化学药物。关于丁苯酞的合成,目前有多种合成路线,本文根据合成原料对丁苯酞的合成路线进行归纳、总结,分析其优缺点,以期清晰地展示其合成研究现状,为丁苯酞的合成研究及工业生产提供参考和借鉴。n-Butylphthalide has a lot of pharmacological activities,such as anti convulsion,anti asthma,increasing blood flow.It is the third independent research and development of 1stcategory new drug,and the first new drug to treat ischemic stroke.There are many synthetic routes of butylphthalide.According to the raw material,the known synthetic routes of butylphthalide were summarized and its advantages and disadvantages were analyzed.This review may provide a useful reference for the industrial production of this drug.
