技术变迁主导下企业转型评价的粗糙集方法研究

摘　　要：在资源日趋紧缩和信息化变革的背景下,中国企业面临转型的机遇和任务。转型是极复杂的系统改变过程,目前急需进行构建一套企业转型评价指标体系。本文运用转型理论,结合战略管理及行业环境分析,构建了企业转型评价的指标体系。运用粗糙集方法对转型指标进行约简并进行权重计算,最终得到了评价排序结果。实例验证了该指标体系的有效性和实用性,并验证了当前企业转型的主要路径是企业技术变迁。Under the background of resources increasingly tight and the information change, chinese enterprises face the opportunities and the task of transformation. Transformation means a complex system to change, so there＇s an urgent need to build a set of evaluation index system of enterprise transformation. This paper use the transformation theory combined with strategic management and industry environment analysis, build a evaluation index system of enterprise transformation. Using the rough set approach to transformation index reduction and weight calculation, and finally got sorted result evaluation. The example verified the effectiveness and practicability of the index system, and proved that the main path of current enterprise transformation is technological changes.
