摘  要:本文通过正交法确定提取荞麦中黄酮影响因素的最佳条件,以芦丁为标准品,得标准曲线,在料液比为1∶60、乙醇体积分数为50%,超声提取时间为60分钟时,选择用豆粕肥、自制有机肥(1~3 kg/m^2)培养的荞麦,并设空白组做对比,测不同肥料下的荞麦在420 nm处的分光度,计算黄酮含量。与空白组对比,豆粕肥使植物体内黄酮含量下降2/3,自制有机肥随着含量的增加使黄酮含量分别下降1/2/、2/5和1/10,说明不同肥料中元素的含量调控植物体内黄酮的含量。This paper mainly confirmed the optimum condition of extracting flavonoids in buckwheat by orthogonal method. With rutin as a standard to the standard curve, in the condition of the solid-liquid ratio 1 : 60, the ethanol concentration 50%, ultrasonic extraction time 60 minutes, using the buckwheats that were grown in soybean meal and homemade organic fertilizer ( 1 - 3 kg/m2) , and the blank group to do comparison, the absorbance of flavonoid in the buckwheats was measured at 420nm and its content was calculated . Compared with the blank group, the content of flavonoid in soybean fertilizer plants decreased 2/3, and they in self-made organic fertilizer plants decreased 1/2/, 2/5 and 1/10, respectively along with the increase of the fertilizer dose. It showed that the contents of elements in different fertilizer regulated the content of flavonoid in plant
