摘　　要：目的比较特发性黄斑视网膜前膜手术前后多焦视网膜电流图（mERG）的差异。方法收集特发性黄斑视网膜前膜23例（23眼）的病例资料，分析比较手术前后mERG检查所示黄斑中心凹视网膜振幅反应密度。结果术后随访6个月，末次随访时黄斑中心凹视网膜振幅反应密度与手术前相比差异有统计学意义（t=3．270，P=0．005）。结论特发性黄斑视网膜前膜手术后黄斑中心凹视网膜振幅反应密度有所提高，黄斑区功能逐渐恢复。Objective To compare the difference of multifocal electroretinogram （ mERG ） before and after idiopathic macular epiretinal membrane operation. Methods The data of 23 eyes of 23 cases with idiopathic macular epiretinal membrane were collected. The amplitude response density of macula center fovea revealed by mERG was analyzed and was compared before and after operation. Results The follow-up time was 6 months. During the last follow-up, the amplitude response density of the fovea was compared with that before the operation, the difference was statistically significant （ t = 3. 270, P = 0.005 ）. Conclusion After surgery of idiopathic macular epiretinal membrane, the amplitude response density of macula center fovea is increased, the macular area function gradually restores.
